All the Raclette cheese we are serving is high quality from a small artisan creamery in Switzerland. We have the plain Raclette cheese and also flavored options with Chili, Smoked and other rotating flavors. Our menu is vegetarian friendly. The classic Raclette served over boiled potatoes is a gluten-free dish and all Raclette cheese is virtually free from lactose.
